Delivery Policy

All orders are processed in our access controlled warehouse by our highly trained staff to insure that your products arrive to you as quickly as possible. We take the utmost care to insure that all products are properly wrapped and sealed to prevent damage or loss.

Business to Customer Delivery

Delivery timings depend on destination and volume of your order

Orders processing takes between one (1) to three (3) business days to be dispatched to the courier or the Post Office. All deliveries for B2C Clients are carried out by either TNT which is our courier of choice or by Cyprus Post Office registered mail.

All deliveries are subject to either TNT courier or Cyprus Post Office  terms and conditions

Following order dispatch to a) Cyprus Post Office and depending on country of destination, the order will  typically take between 15-20 days  to reach its destination. Following order dispatch to b) TNT courier and depending on country of destination, the order will typically take between 2-5 days to reach its destination.  We don’t accept any responsibility for delays after the products leave our facilities. 

Business to Customer Delivery Charges

All delivery charges are calculated according to the weight & volume of each individual shipment and are subject to TNT courier and Cyprus Post Office charging scheme.

        

Undeliverable Packages. Please double-check your destination address carefully when placing an order.

Orders lost due to incomplete/wrong address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and at the discretion of www.bodyjane.com may not be eligible for a refund. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.

www.bodyjane.com is not responsible for delays that are unavoidable, like storms, earthquakes, flood, and traffic accidents nor if the cause of the delays is negligence of the Post Office or the courier we use. Our duty after the orders come out of our warehouses is to follow-up with the assigned courier or postal service for possible replacements for orders that have been delayed or damaged.
